Specialty Catalog Corp.’s modern corporate offices, distribution center and call center are located in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Full time and part time positions are available year-round in our Call Center. Our goal is to provide “Excellence in Customer Service” on every call and our representatives are trained to understand our customers’ needs and handle each call appropriately. Interested candidates must have a customer service background, PC skills and a pleasant speaking voice. Day, evenings and weekend shifts are available.

Full time positions are available in our Distribution Center year-round for receivers, pickers and packers. Accurate and on-time fulfillment is number one and candidates applying for these positions must be physically capable of light lifting. To qualify for a position, candidates must pass a pre-employment math and reading skills test.
